Typical Applications

Chemical Intermediates
Chemical intermediates are pulverized using a universal grinder to a particle size of 80–400 mesh, and then uniformly mixed with catalysts and additives in a twin-shaft paddle mixer to improve reaction yield.

Chemical Additives
Antioxidants and light stabilizers are first pulverized at low temperature to 200 mesh, then uniformly mixed with resin powder in a horizontal ribbon mixer to ensure uniform extrusion dispersion and no white spots.

Dye And Coating
The dye is pulverized to 60–400 mesh in a micronizer, then uniformly mixed with a dispersant mixer. After sand milling, the particle size is 0.3–1.0 µm, improving colorfastness and brightness.
