What We Offer
Baoli Machinery's end-to-end equipment (crushing → conveying → mixing → sieving → granulation), built around "powder" technology, can achieve three core functions in food and beverage processing:
Particle Size Control: Crushing raw materials such as sugar, salt, spices, and grains to a finer grade of 20-200 mesh, ensuring instant solubility, suspension, and consistent taste;
Uniform Mixing: Highly uniform mixing of multi-component formulations (solid-solid, solid-liquid, liquid-liquid), ensuring consistent flavor, color, and nutritional composition in each batch;
Online Cleanliness and Continuous Operation: The equipment is made of stainless steel and can be equipped with CIP/SIP, dust removal, and oxygen isolation systems to meet the high requirements of hygiene and continuous production in beverages, dairy products, and health products.
Typical Applications

Baking Premixes
Premixed powders (flour, powdered sugar, leavening agents, milk powder, etc.) for cakes, bread, and muffins are ultra-finely ground and mixed using a ribbon mixer, then quantitatively packaged for one-click baking.

Solid Drink
For instant coffee, milk tea, protein powder, fruit-flavored powder, and other solid beverages, the ingredients are first pulverized, then evenly mixed using a plough or ribbon mixer, and finally dry-granulated or directly canned.

Spices & Seasonings
Spices are low-temperature pulverized and then fed into a cone or three-dimensional mixer in proportion with salt, sugar, yeast extract, etc.

Powder Flavor
Stabilizers, flavorings, acidity regulators, and concentrates are mixed online using a high-speed shear mixer, shortening dissolution time and preventing stratification.

Food Additives
Vitamins, minerals, sweeteners, and other food additives, in trace amounts, are premixed with a carrier before being mixed by a gravity-free biaxial paddle mixer to ensure uniform dispersion at the ppm level.

Icing Sugar Power
Sugar is pulverized to 80-100 mesh and then mixed with functional syrups, colorings, and acidulants in a sealed mixing tank to ensure syrup clarity and dissolution speed.

Grains & Beads
Grains and soybeans are first ultra-finely ground, then mixed with carriers such as maltodextrin and spray-dried to improve powder yield and instant solubility.

Dietary Nutrition
Meal replacement powders, protein powders, and sports nutrition powders can be pulverized to 60-120 mesh, then mixed according to nutritional formulas. Vacuum feeding and metal detection are available.

Modified Starch
These premixes can uniformly refine starch granules, effectively enhancing the reactivity and modification effect of modified starch. They meet the diverse needs of various application areas for modified starch.

Snack Foods
Crushed cocoa beans/nuts, then processed using an integrated roller mill-refining-mixing process to reduce viscosity and improve texture.

Baked Foods
Cakes, bread, muffins: Ultra-finely ground and ribbon-mixed, then quantitatively packaged for one-click baking.

Animal Nutrition
Whether you're mixing nutritional premixes for canned pet food, baking biscuits, baked treats, or semi-moist pet food and treats, we can help you find the perfect grinder & blender for your application.
