Working Principle
The core working principle of the square cone mixer is the three-dimensional spatial movement of the container itself, which generates complex convection, diffusion, and shear effects within the material inside the container, achieving the goal of uniform mixing.
Active Mixing
The active shaft of the square cone mixer drives a universal joint, which is then connected to a conical hopper.
Three-dimensional motion: Under the drive of the transmission system, the hopper undergoes a composite motion of translation, rotation, and inversion simultaneously. The material not only moves along the axis direction inside the container, but is also thrown and rolled at various angles.
Mixing Mechanism
* Convective mixing: The material is displaced in space as a whole inside the container.
* Diffusion mixing: Material particles interweave and diffuse with each other during rolling.
* Shear mixing: Material groups generate sliding surfaces during motion, which rub against each other and shear.
