Working Principle of JB Series V-Type Mixer
The core principle of the V-type mixer machine is to use the rotation of the container to generate complex movements of the material in the cylinder, such as separation and up and down, in order to achieve uniform mixing. Specifically, when the mixing drum rotates around the horizontal axis, due to the asymmetric design on both sides of the V-shaped container, the material will undergo the following motion states during the rotation process:
Circular Motion: The material moves upward with the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force and frictional force on the cylinder wall.
Separation and Scattering: When the material reaches a certain height, it will detach from the cylinder wall under the action of gravity and be scattered downwards.
Convergence and Impact: The materials on both sides of the cylinder intersect at the bottom of the V-shape, producing intense impact and diffusion.
These processes cycle back and forth with the rotation of the cylinder, allowing materials of different components to achieve sufficient shear and diffusion in a short period of time, achieving a uniform mixing effect. Some models are also equipped with forced mixing blades, which can break down clumped materials and further accelerate mixing speed, especially suitable for fine powder or slightly damp materials.

Equipment Structure of JB Series V Mixer
V-shaped mixing cylinder: The main container is usually made of stainless steel, with polished inner and outer walls that are smooth without dead corners and easy to clean.
Rack and bearings: support the entire mixing drum to ensure smooth rotation.
Transmission system: usually includes motors, reducers, etc., which drive the mixing drum to rotate. Many models use variable frequency speed regulation, which can continuously adjust the speed within a large range (such as 2-15 revolutions per minute).
Control system: Often equipped with time relays for setting and automatically stopping the mixing time.
(Optional) Forced mixer: mixing blades added for special materials.
