1. Preparation
Inspect the equipment: Before using the spice powder grinder, carefully check the various parts of the machine. Check whether the grinding chamber, blades, motors, etc. are damaged or loose. Make sure the power cord is not damaged and the plug is well connected.
Cleaning: Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the grinder with a clean damp cloth to remove residual spice powder or other impurities to prevent cross-contamination between different spices from affecting the quality of the spices.
Installation parts: If the grinder has detachable parts, such as the grinding chamber cover, collection container, etc., they must be properly installed in place. Make sure the cover is well sealed to prevent the spice powder from overflowing during the grinding process.
2. Feeding operation
Select spices: Preliminary screening of the spices to be ground to remove foreign matter such as impurities and stones. For spices with larger particles, they can be appropriately crushed to make them suitable for the feed port of the grinder.
Control the feed amount: Slowly pour an appropriate amount of spices into the feed port of the grinder. Do not pour too much spices at one time to avoid clogging the machine. Feed in batches according to the power and capacity of the grinder.
3. Grinding operation
Start the machine: Turn on the power and press the start button. Pay attention to the running status of the machine when it starts. If there is any abnormal sound or excessive vibration, turn off the power immediately and check the cause of the fault.
Adjustment parameters (if any): Some advanced grinders can adjust the grinding speed or time. Set appropriate parameters according to the type of spice and the coarseness of the required powder.
Grinding process monitoring: During the grinding process, keep an eye on the operation of the machine. If the machine is found to be stuck or the grinding efficiency is significantly reduced, it may be that the spice is blocked. At this time, the machine should be stopped and cleaned before continuing to grind.
4. Discharging operation
Stop waiting: When the spice is ground to the required degree, turn off the power and wait for the machine to stop completely.
Collect spice powder: Take the collection container out from under the grinder and pour the ground spice powder into a sealed container for storage.
Proper operation of the spice powder grinder can not only ensure the grinding quality of the spice, but also extend the service life of the grinder.
