Maintenance methods of paddle mixer machine

Nov 02, 2024

Here are the maintenance methods of paddle mixer machine:
1. Cleaning and maintenance
Internal cleaning: After each use, clean the material residue inside the mixer in time. Because the residual material may affect the mixing effect when it is used next time, it may also breed bacteria and corrode the equipment. You can use a clean damp cloth or a special cleaning tool to wipe the inside of the mixer, including the paddles, stirring shaft and the inner wall of the container.
For some difficult-to-clean materials, such as viscous materials, you can use appropriate detergents to clean them, but make sure that the detergent does not corrode the material of the mixer. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry it.
External cleaning: Clean the external surface of the mixer regularly to remove impurities such as dust and oil. Use a soft rag dipped in a mild detergent to wipe the outer shell, motor and transmission parts to keep the appearance of the equipment clean. This not only prevents dust from entering the interior of the equipment, but also makes it easier to observe whether the equipment has external damage.

2. Maintenance of mechanical parts
Inspection and tightening: Regularly check the various connecting parts of the equipment, such as bolts, nuts, couplings, etc. These parts may become loose during the operation of the equipment. Perform a simple inspection every 1-2 weeks and tighten the loose parts with appropriate tools to ensure the stability of the equipment structure.
Lubrication: Bearings and transmission parts are key parts of the equipment and need to be lubricated regularly. According to the working intensity of the equipment, add appropriate lubricants such as grease or lubricating oil every 3-6 months. Proper lubrication can reduce friction between parts, reduce wear and extend the service life of the equipment. At the same time, be careful to avoid lubricants from entering the mixed materials.

3. Electrical system maintenance
Check the circuit: Check the electrical circuit regularly for damage, aging, etc. Generally, check it once every 3 months or so, paying special attention to the plug, socket and motor wiring. If there is a problem with the circuit, it should be replaced or repaired in time to avoid safety hazards such as leakage and short circuit.
Clean the motor: The motor will absorb dust during operation. Regularly (every 3-6 months) use a clean brush or hair dryer (cold air gear) to clean the dust on the motor surface and heat dissipation holes to maintain good heat dissipation performance of the motor and prevent the motor from being damaged due to overheating.
