1. Feeding: The wet material enters the drying granulator through the feeding port.
2. Dispersion: After the material enters the machine, it will be dispersed through a series of devices so that the material is evenly distributed throughout the drying chamber.
3. Drying: In the drying chamber, the material will be heated by hot air or other heat sources, thereby evaporating the moisture in the material. Usually, there is a rotating cylinder or roller inside the drying granulator, which allows the material to fully contact with the hot air and accelerates the evaporation of water.
4. Classification: During the drying process, the material may form granules or powder. As needed, the drying granulator can classify the materials through screens or other classification devices to obtain the required particle size.
5. Discharge: After drying and classification, the drying machine will discharge the material from the discharge port to complete the entire drying process.
