JB series automatic batch electric V mixer machine, sometimes also called V cone blender or V shape blender, which is suitable for the mixing of dry powder and granule materials, such as the chemical industry, food, medicine, feed, ceramics, metallurgy, and so on.

This V cone blender has the following features: V-shaped shell with no blind corners, preventing material accumulation; a high-speed I-bar for high mixing efficiency and short mixing time. The shell is made of stainless steel. The V-shaped shell has an attractive appearance and can be manually loaded or via a pneumatic vacuum system for material loading. Discharge is achieved through a rotary valve and a high-speed rotating head.

 

 

 

The V-shape blender consists of two V-shells of different altitudes, and through mechanical transmission, the materials in these shells are made to move back and forth, cross over, and rotate 360° to achieve ultimate uniform mixing.
