This industrial milk powder blender ribbon mixer is a new, highly efficient mixer. It consists of the transmission part, control box, air hermetic seal, horizontal cylinder, two-layer ribbon shaft, and discharge valve. This is a limit switch, which can ensure production safety. When the cover is opened, the machine will stop automatically.

The spiral ribbon is made of two layers. The inner ribbon makes the material move outwards, while the external ribbon makes the material move inwards. This is forward running. And this is reverse running. The discharge valve is pneumatic; you can open and close it automatically. It makes the mixer achieve fine mixing efficiency in a very short time.
