Sugar Pulverizer Equipment Introduction

Working Principle

The machine from the grinder, cyclone, pulse dust boxes and fans, and other major components. The machine uses the relative movement between movable gear and fixed gear so that the crushed material gets crushed by the impact of the teeth, the friction and the impact between the materials. The crushed material enters the cyclone by the centrifugal force of the centrifugal centrifuge and fan Separator discharge, and then through the fan, dust into the pulse dust box, through the filter cartridge and recycling, fineness of the crushed with a mesh adjustment. Machine according to GMP standard design, all made of stainless steel, dust-free production process.

Main Usage

The machine is made up of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control box. It has the properties of wind selection, having no sieve or net, and an even granularity of the processed material.
