The JB series food-grade stainless steel sugar grinding machine is mainly used for grinding food materials (sugar, salt, red dates, rice, corn, starch, oats, flour, beans, chickpeas, peas, lentils, spices, cocoa powder, potato flour, coffee, milk, onions, dehydrated vegetables, glucose, oat husks, rice husks, herbal flavorings, etc.), and is especially suitable for oily and viscous materials. The particle size can be adjusted between 12-120 mesh. It features high output, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, and convenient installation. It is particularly suitable for grinding oily, viscous, heat-sensitive, fibrous, and other low-hardness materials.

Note: For very high-moisture sugars (>8%), pre-drying is recommended.

 

 

 

 

Structure: Sugar powder machine includes the main chassis, door, turbine, main spindle, screen, pulley, and motor components.

 

Working Principle: During the crushing process in the sugar grinding machine, the motor drives the main shaft and turbine to rotate at high speed. When the material enters the chamber from the hopper, the turbulent material rubs tightly against the inside of the turbine blades and is subjected to strong impact. The blade rings on the blades break the material, and the gaps between the broken pieces are further ground. Simultaneously, the turbine draws in a large amount of air, which serves to cool, grind, and convey fine particles. The fineness of the material depends on its properties, the size of the screen, and the flow rate of both material and air.

 

JB Series food-grade stainless steel sugar powder making machine: The bearing components adopt a special labyrinth seal, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the bearing cavity, thereby extending the service life of the bearing. The door uses a silicone rubber sealing ring to prevent dust leakage and contamination of the operating environment.
