For finely ground coffee powder (particle size above 200 mesh), the speed should be reduced to 200-300r/min, and the mixing time should be extended to 15 minutes to prevent excessive shearing from destroying the flavor substances. Coarsely ground coffee powder (80-120 mesh) can be mixed in "high and low-speed alternation" mode, first at 600r/min for 3 minutes to break up the particles, then reduced to 400r/min for 8 minutes to improve uniformity.

3. Advanced function debugging:
If the equipment has a heating function, the temperature needs to be set according to the material characteristics, and ordinary mixing does not require heating; when containing easy-to-agglomerate ingredients, the temperature is controlled at 30-40℃, and the exhaust valve is opened at the same time to reduce water vapor condensation. For models with weighing modules, the sensor needs to be calibrated first (the error value is ≤0.5% when tested with standard weights), and then the single feeding amount is set to avoid overload affecting the mixing accuracy.
4. Verification after debugging:
After the first run, sample and test, and use the screening method to check the mixing uniformity (the difference in pass rate should be <5%). If there is local agglomeration, it is necessary to add a reverse stirring program (1-2 minutes each time); if the mixing is uneven, the speed can be fine-tuned or the time can be extended until the parameters are stable and adapted to production needs.
