Our industrial detergent powder paddle mixer is engineered to handle high-viscosity mixing tasks, offering a robust solution that requires intense agitation and rapid dispersion in their production lines.
Unlike standard ribbon mixers or plough mixers, the paddle mixer machine utilizes a series of intermeshing paddles mounted on parallel shafts. This design creates a high-shear environment that effectively kneads, cuts, and folds materials, making it the ideal choice for processes involving the addition of liquid binders, surfactants, or perfumes to dry powders.
The detergent powder paddle mixer utilizes paddles for mixing. There are two types of paddle mixers: single-shaft paddle mixer and twin-shaft paddle mixer. They have proven to be highly efficient at mixing detergent powder products.
All product-contact parts are constructed from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel with a high-gloss polish. This prevents corrosion from chlorine-based bleaches and ensures compliance with strict hygiene standards (GMP/FDA).
We offer variable speed drives to optimize the mixing action for different formulations, ensuring gentle handling of fragile particles or intense kneading for viscous slurries.
