How to use the shredder safely

1. The crusher should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the work location is frequently changed, the shredder and motor should be installed on a base made of angle steel.
2. After the grinder is installed, check the tightness of each part, and check whether the transmission belt tightness is appropriate and whether the motor shaft and the grinder shaft are parallel.
3. Before starting the grinder, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether there is any collision in the casing, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, whether the motor and the grinder are well lubricated, etc.
4. Do not change the pulley casually to prevent the speed from being too high or too low.
5. After starting the grinder, it should be idling for 2-3 minutes, and then feeding work after there is no abnormality.
6. The feeding should be uniform. If there is noise, the temperature of the bearing and the machine body is too high, or the material is sprayed outwards, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
7. Check the materials carefully to avoid accidents caused by hard objects such as metals and stones entering the crushing room.
8. When feeding, the staff should stand on the side of the grinder to prevent the rebounding debris from hurting the face. Do not hold your hands too tightly when crushing long stalks to prevent your hands from being brought in.
9. Stop feeding before shutting down, and cut off the power supply to shut down after the materials in the standby are removed. Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out after shutdown.
10. After 300 hours of operation of the pulverizer, the bearings must be cleaned and the oil replaced; when installing the oil, it is better to fill the gap of the bearing seat with 1/3 of the gap, and no more than 1/2 at most. When the machine is stopped for a long time, the transmission belt should be removed.
