(2) The difference in the weight of the corresponding two sets of hammers exceeds 5 grams. The cleaning method is to adjust the weight of the hammer so that the difference between the corresponding two sets of components is less than 5 grams.
(3) Generally, the hammer is stuck too tightly and is not thrown away during operation. After stopping the machine, you can turn it by hand to observe, and think of ways to make the hammer rotate sensitively.
(4) The components of other parts on the rotor are not balanced. At this time, it is necessary to discern and carefully check the adjustment balance.
(5) The main shaft is bent and deformed. The processing method is straightening or changing.
(6) The clearance of the bearing (provided product: ball bearing) exceeds the limit or is damaged. Ordinarily, the issue is dealt with by replacing the new bearing.
(7) The bottom corner fixing nut is not tightly fixed or loosened during operation. The treatment method is tightening.
