Precautions during the use of ultrafine pulverizer

1. When crushing, do not mix materials with high hardness and particle size larger than 6mm in the crushed matter. Materials with relatively high moisture content must be dried or freeze-dried to reduce the moisture content to 6%.
2. Be sure to check the fastening screw of the rotating support before use, tighten it, and the material box is locked.
3. For the personal safety of users, the power supply must be grounded.
4. In order to ensure the crushing quality, the amount of each charge should be strictly controlled not less than 1/2 of the volume of the material box.
5. When operating, it cannot be used continuously for a long time under normal temperature conditions, and the power-on time should not exceed 30 minutes each time. If the processing quantity is large, it should be used at intervals to prevent the bearing from overheating and damage to the motor. For continuous production and use, special refrigeration equipment is required.
6. Do not activate the switch when the upper cover is open.
7. After long-term use, if the belt is severely worn and the hose is damaged or leaked, it should be replaced in time.
8. After the ultra-fine grinding operation is completed every day, the machine should be run dry for 0.5 minutes, and the remaining materials should be sucked up. After shutting down, open the machine cover to check whether the parts are damaged, and close the machine cover after removing the remaining materials.
9. If abnormal noise occurs during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
