5. The load of the mixer should not be too large. Generally, the load of the motor is used to measure the heavy load current of the 380V motor when mixing. It is normal to not exceed 6 amps. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity should be reduced immediately.
6. The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing paddle should be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the materials. Square holes should be left at the outer barriers at both ends of the mixing tank. The shaft center makes the material in the tank black and deteriorate.
7. Managers must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, and control structure of the horizontal tank mixer. During operation, do not leave the work site to prevent malfunctions and damage to the parts. The premise is to ensure safe production.
