The main body of the three-dimensional motion chemical powder mixer consists of a 304/316L stainless steel tumbler, a precision transmission system, a frequency conversion control system, and a stable machine frame. The inner wall of the tumbler is mirror-polished, eliminating dead angles and residues, and is suitable for various chemical powder materials. It features high uniformity, short mixing time, and excellent sealing performance, meeting the stringent requirements of chemical production for mixing accuracy, safety, and environmental protection.

Construction Material & Finish
Our three-dimensional motion chemical powder mixing machine can be manufactured using materials such as SS304, SS316/316L, titanium, duplex stainless steel, and Hastelloy for the material contact parts. Internal and external surface treatment standards can be customized according to customer requirements.
