Circular Vibratory Screener

Our circular vibratory screeners operate on the principle of using the rotary motion generated by a vibrating motor. Vibrating screens are used to separate powders and particles by size, shape, and small amounts of oversized particles.

Baoli Machinery manufactures circular vibrating screeners in single-layer, double-layer, triple-layer, four-layer, and five-layer configurations, and can be equipped with dust covers.

JB series circular vibratory screener uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at both ends of the motor, converting the motor's rotational motion into a three-dimensional motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle at the upper and lower ends changes the trajectory of the material on the screen surface.

Note: The materials listed above are typically granules or powders with low moisture content and low adhesion. For materials with high viscosity, tendency to clump, or requiring extremely high hygiene standards, more specialized vibrating screens (such as ultrasonic vibrating screens) may be required.
