WorKing Method of Moringa Leaves Grinding Machine

 

Material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper via the screw conveyor, where it is sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The powder passes through the guide ring and enters the classification chamber. As the classification wheel rotates, the powder flowing into the blade channel is simultaneously subjected to aerodynamic force and centrifugal force.

 

Particles in the powder larger than the critical diameter (classified particle size) are thrown back into the crushing chamber to continue being crushed due to their greater mass. Particles smaller than the critical diameter are conveyed via negative pressure pneumatic transport through the discharge pipe into the cyclone separator and bag filter. The discharged material meets product specifications.
