Working Principle
JB Series Dry flower powder pulverizing machine is composed of pulverizer, cyclone separator, pulse dust box and fan. The machine uses the relative movement between the movable gear plate and the fixed gear plate, so that the crushed materials can be crushed by the impact of teeth, friction and mutual impact of materials. The crushed materials enter the cyclone separator for discharge through the gravity of the rotary centrifuge and fan, and then the dust enters the pulse dust removal box after the fan is turned off. Through the filter cylinder and recovery, the crushing fineness is adjusted by the screen. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard, all made of stainless steel, and there is no dust flying in the production process.
