JB Series 80kg-1500kg large-capacity spice hammer mill is known as a multi-functional spice grinder, which can pulverize spices and oily materials with an oil content of less than 25%, achieving a final particle size of 10-60 mesh. It is also suitable for herbs and root vegetables with high fiber content. A sieve controls particle size, and production is continuous at room temperature. It is also equipped with a new generation of grinding and pulse dust removal systems.

 

It can pulverize chili, peppers, black pepper, white pepper, green pepper, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, Sichuan peppercorns, nutmeg, red yeast rice, sichuan peppercorns, garlic, star anise, cloves, cardamom, geraniol, turmeric, ginger, fennel, celery, angelica, oily materials, and high-fiber materials, etc. No coarse grinding is required; materials can be directly fed in. It boasts high output, maintains the original physicochemical properties of the materials, and prevents discoloration.

 

 

 

The JB series large capacity spice hammer mill utilizes the relative motion between a fixed disc and moving hammers to rapidly pulverize materials through impact within the mill cavity. After being crushed, the material enters the collection bag under the action of centrifugal force, and the dust is collected and recovered by the dust collection box and bag filter.

 

 

 

1. Grinding Parts
* High crushing efficiency and strong adaptability: The high-speed rotating hammers effectively crush various granular and lumpy raw materials. Particle size adjustment is convenient, and it offers wide adaptability to the moisture and fiber content of the raw materials.
* Simple structure and easy maintenance: The main working components (hammers, screens) are easy to replace and maintain.
* Relatively low cost: It is the most widely used universal crushing equipment.

 

2. Cyclone Dust Collector
* Core of gas-solid separation: Utilizing the centrifugal force principle, it effectively separates and collects most of the coarser materials mixed in the airflow after crushing.
* No moving parts, reliable operation: With no moving components itself, its failure rate is extremely low, and maintenance costs are almost zero.
* Pre-treatment to reduce downstream pressure: It can separate approximately 80%–95% of the materials, significantly reducing the load on the subsequent pulse dust collector, making it a crucial primary recovery device.

 

3. Dust Removal Device
* Efficient and precise filtration: As a secondary recovery device, it filters out extremely fine dust in the airflow (typically at the micron level), with a separation efficiency of up to 99.9% or higher.
* Automatic cleaning: It employs compressed air pulse-jet technology for automatic dust removal, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the filter bags and stable system airflow pressure.
* Environmentally compliant: It ensures that the dust content in the final exhaust gas is far below national environmental standards, making it a key equipment for achieving clean production.
