Working Principle of Single Shaft Paddle Mixer

 

The core lies in the unique design of the propeller blades. When the main shaft rotates, blades with different inclinations will carry the animal material along the axial and radial directions. This movement causes the material to form a multi-directional cross flow in the mixing chamber, with some being pushed towards the discharge outlet and others returning, creating efficient longitudinal and transverse mixing. For working conditions that require the addition of liquid (such as grease), some models are equipped with special spray devices to ensure that the liquid can be evenly dispersed and penetrate into the solid material.
