The single paddle mixer features a robust structure and stable operation. All parts of the mixing paddle and material contact surfaces are made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and maintaining the quality and cleanliness of the materials, preventing discoloration. Working Principle of Single Shaft Paddle Mixer
The core lies in the unique design of the propeller blades. When the main shaft rotates, blades with different inclinations will carry the animal material along the axial and radial directions. This movement causes the material to form a multi-directional cross flow in the mixing chamber, with some being pushed towards the discharge outlet and others returning, creating efficient longitudinal and transverse mixing. For working conditions that require the addition of liquid (such as grease), some models are equipped with special spray devices to ensure that the liquid can be evenly dispersed and penetrate into the solid material.

* Cylinder: Usually a horizontal U-shaped or tank-shaped all stainless steel structure, with a smooth interior that facilitates material flow and cleaning, reducing residue.
* Mixing System: Includes a single horizontal shaft and a series of blades installed on the shaft. The blade is evenly installed on the horizontal axis in a tilted shape, and the distance between its top and the groove wall is determined according to the critical particle size of the material, generally not less than 10mm. Some efficient models use a double-layer blade design to enhance the mixing effect, and the coefficient of variation (CV) of mixing uniformity can be as low as 2% -5%.
* Transmission Device: Usually composed of motors, reducers, etc., providing power and controlling the speed of the mixing shaft.
* Discharge Mechanism: Located at the bottom of the cylinder, pneumatic or manual flap valves are often used. Some valve designs can ensure a smooth fit with the inner wall of the cylinder when closed, reducing mixing in dead corners.
* Optional Configuration: The jacket can be used to introduce steam or cooling water to achieve heating or cooling of materials; The spray system is used to uniformly add liquid components.
