The small commercial powder mixer machine is composed of U-shaped storage tank, screw and driving parts. The double shaft spiral blade is arranged on the drive main shaft of the mixer, the inner spiral conveys the material to the outside, and the outer spiral gathers the material to the inside.

The double-spiral stirring paddle makes the mixing and dispersing effect better. Since it has low mixing speed and there is no friction heat generation, it is very suitable for the initial mixing, secondary mixing and coloring of materials that need to limit the mixing temperature. The upper cover can be fully opened for easy cleaning of the inside of the mixer. The blown bearing seal ensures that the powder does not enter the bearing.
