Equipment structure:
1. The hopper is fixed on the rotating shaft by cantilever and can be rotated 360 degrees. Because the symmetrical axis of the hopper forms an angle with the rotating axis of the rotating arm, the materials of different components move in the three-dimensional space in the compensated hopper, which produces a strong overturn. And high shear to achieve the best mixing effect.
2. The slewing system is the key system to complete the hybrid function, in which the slewing motor adopts a low-speed and large-torque geared motor, which is the power unit for the main engine's mixing. A sensing element is installed on the rotating shaft assembly. When the rotating body turns to the set position, the sensor installed on the frame sends out a sampling signal, and the hopper stops at the best discharge position under the action of the brake motor.
3. The electrical control system is mainly divided into two parts: the electrical cabinet and the sensor installed in the rack. The core control device PLC controller and frequency conversion are installed in the electrical control cabinet. During use, electrical operations are mainly completed on the operation panel (touch screen) of the electrical control cabinet, including printers, touch screens, power switches and emergency stop switches. The touch screen interface can accurately display the running time, speed, etc.
