1 Ton/Batch Sugar Powder Making Machine in Nepal Project

Dec 11, 2025

Recently, Baoli Machinery completed final commissioning and shipped a sugar powder making machine customized for a food company in Nepal. This sugar powder manufacturing production line, with a stable capacity of 1 ton per batch, achieves fully automated operation of the entire process from dust-free feeding, 120-mesh grinding, precise mixing, and automatic packaging of crystalline sugar. The all-304 stainless steel construction and vertical layout design perfectly adapt to local workshop conditions and the stringent standards of the food industry.

Customized Layout, Vertical Design Adapts to the Needs of a Nepalese Workshop

The sugar crushing and mixing production line constructs a scientific and efficient process chain: First, crystalline sugar is fed through a dust-free feeding station, with an internal screening device simultaneously removing impurities. The sealed design completely eliminates dust leakage during feeding. Then, the crystalline sugar is conveyed to a universal crusher, where it is refined into 120-mesh fine sugar powder using ultra-micro grinding technology. The grinding process is equipped with a silent platform, with equipment operating noise below 75 decibels, improving the workshop working environment. The crushed sugar powder is sent to a buffer silo by a closed conveyor system, and then fed into a mixer according to a preset ratio, achieving uniform mixing with fruit juice powder, nutritional additives, natural essential oils, and other auxiliary materials, achieving a mixing uniformity of over 98%. Finally, the mixed material enters the finished product buffer silo, awaiting automatic packaging. The entire process forms a closed-loop production line of feeding, crushing, mixing, and packaging.

Food-Grade Guarantee: Entire 304 Stainless Steel and Dust-Free Processes

Addressing the core requirements of the food industry, Baoli Machinery strictly adheres to food-grade standards in its production line configuration. All material contact parts and the machine frame are constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface, eliminating any unsanitary corners. This ensures corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and prevents metal ion leaching that could contaminate raw materials, fully complying with Nepal's Food and Drug Administration (DFDA) and GMP standards for food production.

Dust-free design permeates the entire production process: In addition to the sealed structure of the feeding station, the conveying pipelines use quick-connect sealing interfaces, and the mixer is equipped with a negative pressure dust removal device to ensure that no dust is scattered during the addition and mixing of auxiliary materials; equipment cleaning adopts a CIP online cleaning system, which uses high-pressure spraying and food-grade cleaning agents in synergy to complete the cleaning of the entire system in 20 minutes, completely eliminating material residue and cross-contamination, and building a solid safety barrier for food.

One-stop service helps customers start production with peace of mind

To ensure the smooth commissioning of the production line in Nepal, Baoli Machinery provided a full-chain service from solution design to after-sales support: In the early stages, a technical team was dispatched to conduct video surveys of the customer's workshop to optimize the vertical layout; during the production phase, weekly progress reports and quality inspection videos were sent, allowing customers to monitor equipment status in real time; Nepali-English bilingual operation manuals, maintenance guides, and spare parts kits for vulnerable parts were included with the shipment; and two senior engineers were assigned to Nepal to be responsible for equipment installation and commissioning, personnel training, and process optimization, ensuring that the production line could be put into operation immediately after installation.

In the future, Baoli Machinery will continue to focus on the food processing sub-sector, providing more targeted customized solutions and full-chain services to help more food companies worldwide achieve automation upgrades.
