Baoli Machinery's Rice Grinder Delivered to Bangladesh; 200-Mesh Ultrafine Grinding Receives Approval

Recently, Baoli Machinery completed the installation and commissioning of a rice grinder customized for a Bangladeshi infant food company and is about to be put into use. This grinding equipment is specifically designed for the ultrafine grinding of puffed rice, stably producing 200-mesh fine rice flour. It boasts core advantages such as high output, dust-free operation, and easy cleaning, perfectly meeting the stringent requirements of the infant food industry for safety, cleanliness, and fine grinding.

Rice Grinder

The delivered rice grinder utilizes ultrafine grinding technology. By optimizing the grinding chamber structure and grinding head speed, it precisely grinds puffed rice to 200 mesh, resulting in uniformly fine rice flour particles. This significantly improves solubility and taste, fully meeting the standards for infant complementary foods. The integrated fully sealed dust-free system achieves end-to-end sealing from the feeding port and grinding chamber to the discharge port. Combined with a pulse dust collector, it controls dust levels during production to near zero, ensuring a clean workshop and pure rice flour.

All parts in contact with materials are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, mirror-polished for corrosion resistance and wear resistance, preventing metal ion leaching and contamination of the rice flour. It fully complies with the Bangladesh Food and Drug Administration (DGDA) and international infant food production hygiene standards.

To ensure the purity of the rice cereal, the equipment incorporates multiple detailed design features: the grinding chamber adopts a dead-angle-free structure to prevent material residue from breeding bacteria; it is equipped with an independent CIP online cleaning interface, which can be directly connected to clean water or food-grade cleaning agents for high-pressure rinsing. Combined with the quick-release grinding head design, the entire cleaning process takes only 20 minutes, saving time and effort while completely eliminating cross-contamination. These designs allow the equipment to meet high production demands while building a solid safety barrier for infant food production.

Baoli Machinery's One-Stop Service Helps Customers Easily Start Production

From initial needs assessment to equipment shipment, Baoli Machinery provided its Bangladeshi client with a comprehensive, dedicated service. At the project's inception, the technical team conducted in-depth research into the client's production scenario via video conference, optimizing grinding parameters based on the characteristics of locally produced puffed rice. During production, regular updates on equipment processing progress and quality inspection reports were sent to the client, allowing them to monitor production dynamics in real time. Before shipment, a 72-hour continuous operation test was completed to ensure stable equipment performance, and two operators were trained for the client.

Baoli Machinery also provided comprehensive support: the shipment included a dual-language (Bengali and English) operation manual, maintenance guide, and spare parts kit; a dedicated service team comprised of mechanical and electrical engineers provided 24-hour remote technical support; and upon arrival, senior engineers were dispatched to the Bangladeshi client's factory to complete installation, commissioning, process optimization, and employee skills training, ensuring rapid production commencement.
