The JB series efficient spice pulverizer is developed using the mixed powder jetting principle, combined with modern precision manufacturing technology. It can crush spices and oily materials with an oil content of less than 25%, and is also suitable for high-fiber Chinese herbs. Crushing size is controlled by a screen, and continuous production can be achieved at normal temperature.

 

This spice pulverizer machine has a simple structure and is easy to install, dismantle, and clean. It features stable operation, easy mobility, low noise, high grinding efficiency, etc.

 

This spice pulverizer machine is a high-speed machine where materials are crushed through blade shearing. Blades of different sizes and shapes can be selected based on different materials, and particle size can be controlled by replacing the screen or adjusting the speed.

Machine components in contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance. The housing is fully enclosed for easy cleaning. This high-efficiency spice grinder can crush chili, pepper, black pepper, white pepper, green pepper, cinnamon, cumin, Sichuan pepper, Dahongpao pepper, nutmeg, cardamom, red yeast rice, red pepper, garlic, star anise, cloves, Amomum Tsaoko, galangal, turmeric, ginger, fennel, and angelica, as well as other high-oil or high-fiber materials. Additionally, materials can be fed directly into the machine without prior coarse crushing. It features large capacity, does not alter the color, and preserves the physicochemical properties of the materials.
