Main Features
This universal spice crusher machine has a simple structure, consisting of a feeding hopper, cutter head, screen, screen frame, discharge hopper, frame, and electric control box.
The material-contacting parts of the spice crusher are precision-cast from 304/316 stainless steel, with mirror-polished surfaces and no sanitary dead corners. This meets food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade production requirements and complies with GMP industry standards.
The grinding efficiency is higher than that of traditional equipment, and the hourly processing capacity can reach 15-600kg (adjusted according to material characteristics).

How Does Spice Crusher Machine Work?
Through the relative motion between the movable and fixed fluted discs, materials are crushed by the impact and friction of the teeth, as well as inter-material collisions. The crushed materials automatically enter the catcher under the influence of rotational centrifugal force, while dust is filtered and recovered by a dust collector via a filter bag.
