Horizontal Mixer Machine adopts double screw belt stirring structure, which effectively reduces material residue. The overall structure is more reasonable, and the operation and maintenance are convenient. The machine has the characteristics of high strength, compact structure, wear resistance, low energy consumption, long service life and convenient operation and maintenance.

The horizontal cylinder is equipped with a double-axis rotating reversed blade, and the blade is circulated at an angle to axially and radially, so that the material is quickly mixed evenly. The rotation speed of the shaft driven by the reducer and the structure of the blade will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the difference in particle size and specific gravity of each material is neglected during the mixing process. Intense mixing movement shortens the mixing time, faster and more efficient. Even if the material has a difference in specific gravity and particle size, a good mixing effect can be achieved under the rapid and vigorous tumbling of the staggered stirring blades.

The double shaft spiral blade is arranged on the drive main shaft of the mixer, the inner spiral conveys the material to the outside, and the outer spiral gathers the material to the inside. The material forms a low-dynamic and efficient mixing environment under the convective movement of the double-layer spiral belt. The inner and outer diameter spirals mounted on the stirring shaft drive the material in the barrel, so that the agitator can turn the animal material in the largest range in the barrel.When the stirring device is working, the spiral drives the material near the shaft to rotate the shaft, and the axial direction is pushed from the inside to the sides. The outer spiral drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate the shaft, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside. Mix evenly in a short period of time.

Application

Horizontal Mixer Machine is suitable for plastics, chemicals, food and other industries, for the mixing of granular or powdery materials with additives or pigments, or for the mixing of solid powders and small amounts of liquid additives.

Typical applications are: plastic coloring, dry mixing of PVC powder, blending of blends and fillers. It can also be used as a material cooling device.
