Ribbon Blender Working Principle
The ribbon blender is primarily composed of a U-shaped container, screw belt stirring blades, and transmission components. The U-shaped long cylinder structure of the screw belt mixer ensures small resistance movement of materials(powder, semi-fluid) inside the cylinder. Spiral-shaped blades are generally made into double or triple layers, with the outer spiral collecting materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveying materials from the center to both sides, creating a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment. Through the design of internal and external spirals, more vortices are formed in the flow of materials, accelerating the mixing speed and improving the mixing efficiency.
