Working Principle of V Type Mixer
* The V-type mixing machine utilizes a V-shaped container to allow powder to flow downwards, achieving thorough and continuous mixing. Primarily suitable for powders and granular materials, it delivers high-quality mixing and particle lubrication.

Advantages of V-Type Mixing Machine
Utilizing a classic V-shaped double-cylinder symmetrical structure, the included angle of the two cylinders is optimized by fluid dynamics (typically 90°-120°). As the material rotates within the cylinders, it alternately undergoes polymerization and dispersion processes: material polymerizes at the junction of the two cylinders, then disperses with rotation to the ends of both cylinders, achieving forced convection mixing through repeated cycles. Compared to traditional trough mixers, the V-shaped structure eliminates the stirring blind zone and improves the mixing uniformity to over 98%, making it especially suitable for mixing scenarios with multiple components and small doses of additives, such as the mixing of pharmaceutical powders in the pharmaceutical industry.
The inner wall of the cylinder, the inlet, and the outlet, all in contact with materials, are made of 304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface. This prevents material adhesion, resulting in a material residue level as low as 0.1%, facilitating cleaning and meeting GMP standards in the food and pharmaceutical industries. For corrosive materials (such as acid and alkali powders in the chemical industry), the material can be upgraded to 316L stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. The frame is made of carbon steel with a powder-coated finish, providing impact resistance and rust prevention, making it suitable for humid and dusty working environments.
Equipped with a PLC touchscreen control system, parameters such as mixing time and rotation speed can be set intuitively. It supports batch production in automatic mode and precise debugging in manual mode, making operation convenient and reducing human error. The power system adopts a precise transmission structure of motor, reducer, and coupling, ensuring smooth operation. The frequency conversion speed regulation design can adjust the speed (3-12r/min) according to the material characteristics, avoiding breakage of particulate materials or dust flying.
The V-type mixer is equipped with multiple safety protection devices: the motor has overload protection to prevent damage from excessive load; the cylinder cover and machine body use a linked safety lock, automatically cutting off power when the cover is opened to prevent accidents caused by misoperation; a protective fence can be installed around the machine body, along with an emergency stop button, further enhancing operational safety. All safety features comply with national industrial equipment safety standards and are adapted to the safety management needs of large-scale industrial production.
