The leaf grinder and sifter set, custom-designed by Baoli Machinery, has completed its final debugging and packaging and was successfully shipped from the factory to Indonesia. This leaf pulverizer and sifter is designed to meet the local demand for deep processing of medicinal and edible leaves, achieving fully automated operation from raw material coarse crushing, conveying, ultrafine crushing to fiber separation. With a stable production capacity of 150KG/hour, an output of 80-mesh fine powder, and a completely dust-free clean process, it has won high praise from the customer.
The entire leaf crushing and sieving production line employs a scientific process chain design: First, fresh or dried leaves are smoothly fed into a coarse crusher, initially crushed into uniform particles; then, the particles are precisely transferred by a belt conveyor to an integrated crusher-this equipment adopts an integrated structural design, saving 40% of installation space compared to traditional separate equipment, and significantly improving crushing efficiency, quickly refining the particles to 80-mesh powder; finally, the powder enters a high-precision sieving machine, where an intelligent sieving system efficiently separates fibrous impurities, ultimately producing a high-purity, free-flowing fine powder, fully meeting the customer's subsequent extraction and powdering processing needs.
