JB series vibrating screen separator is a circular rotary vibrating screen, also known as a vibrating sieve. It is primarily used for screening dry powders, granulars, wet products, and liquids, offering excellent separation and screening solutions for various industrial applications. The vibro screen separator works by using a heavy hammer (unbalanced hammer) mounted above and below the motor shaft to convert the motor's rotational motion into three-dimensional motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined). This motion is then transmitted to the screen surface, causing the material to move in an outward-expanding involute motion.

 

The vibrating screen machine offers advantages such as a long material trajectory and high screen surface utilization. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the material's trajectory on the screen surface can be changed. It can be used for fine screening and probability screening of materials.

1. Vibrating screen separators are available in stainless steel 304/316 or carbon steel to meet the screening needs of different industries.

2. The standard vibro screen separator's body and material contact parts are made of selected 304 stainless steel, while the base is made of carbon steel. Depending on user requirements, the entire machine can also be made of stainless steel (stainless steel vibrating screen). Furthermore, depending on the material's screening grade, single-layer or multi-layer screens can be customized, and ultrasonic devices can be added.

3. Vibrating separators have a processing capacity ranging from 100 to 3300 kg/hour and are widely used for screening and filtering granulars, dry powders, and viscous materials, including in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
