The vibrating sieve machine uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at both the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor's rotational motion into three-dimensional motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), and transmitting this motion to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle at the upper and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed.

This vibrate sieve adopts a fully enclosed design and is suitable for screening and filtering granules, powders, and viscous liquids.

How Vibro Sieve Machine Works
The basic principle of a vibrating sieve machine is to generate vibration using a motion generator (two unbalanced weights mounted on an electric shaft). The motion generator converts the rotational motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and tilting motion (three-dimensional motion), and then transmits this motion to the screen surface, causing the material on the screen surface to move in an involute motion. By adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower ends of the weights, the trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed.

1. Vibro sieve machines are available in stainless steel 304/316 or carbon steel to meet the screening needs of different industries.
2. The standard vibrate sieve's body and material contact parts are made of selected 304 stainless steel, while the base is made of carbon steel. Depending on user requirements, the entire machine can also be made of stainless steel (stainless steel vibrating screen). Furthermore, depending on the material's screening grade, single-layer or multi-layer screens can be customized, and ultrasonic devices can be added.
